Don't you know this poor thing hates me !!

I am having a hard time getting on here--is it just me or what. I can't even get in to post on peoples pages !! Sometimes It will let me read them but freezes up when I try to reply. Anyone besides me having a hard time getting into the Christmas mood??? It's almost here and I have very little done ! My foot is about the same--it's hard to stay off of it this time of year !! Please don't think I have forgotten you--I'm reading your post-just having a hard time replying or writing a post !!!I ran 2 virus scans--nothing wrong with my pc--anyway--I will reply when this stupid thing lets me !!!

Ok so I finally broke down and went to the doctor today with my foot--It was just killing me. He said I have plantar fascitis(Karen isn't that what your hubby has?) It hurts like the devil--and the doctor is sending me to a foot doctor next week. And he told me to stay off of it(yeah right !)

Mother and Aunt are doing better--Aunt has to go for a MRI tomorrow

John is decorating stuff for Christmas--Willie is helping

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. My Mom is better but now my Aunt has been having mini strokes and has fell twice the last week. But shes amost 95 so not a lot they can do . I hope everyone has a wonderful Happy Thanksgiving. It will kind of quiet here--but thats ok--just gonna be me and John so we are having what we want--John wants pigs in a blanket and deviled eggs--I want stuffed celery--things like that-and IF anyone shows up they can join us--if not we will just eat and smile !!! Somestimes ya just gotta do what you gonna do --right? ?????  Enjoy your day-where ever you are !!

Got my test back-everything was ok-- I have to go back in 3 years-because one was a (big long name)but not cancer so he wants to check me in 3 years instead of 5

It's been a hard week this week. Lots of stuff at the nursing home going on. I think I'm just tired -I need a day or 2 off. Today i go back to the doctor to find out about my colonscope test--I am pretty sure it's all ok but think good thoughts  and prayers please--I will let you know later.

edit Doctors office just called and changed my appointment till tomorrow--rats

Test is over--the prepartion was the worse and the worrying about it. He said I had a couple of polyps--but he thought they were ok--the nurse said usually he can tell by looking but he sends them off anyway. I told the doctor--I was never doing that again--changing my phone number today-so don't call me !!--He just laughed. Hopefully by the time I have to do it again they will come up with something better than that crap you have to drink--tasted like grape salt water--gross----going to catch a nap.Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers

We went to some yard sales yesterday and I found some old Laura Ingalls Wilder Books--yes I know they are kids books--but I bought them and have enjoyed reading them--brings back lots of memories. Didn't buy much else--mostly junk and I have plenty of that at home. Going thru Mom and Aunts clothes--changing out summer for winter. Mom's about the same--still really confused

Had my breast cancer check today--Dr. said everything looks good !! Then he said the words I dreaded--"Have you had a colonoscopy?" So I guess I'm having one in a couple of weeks--Lord I have dreaded that for years !!! I heard the prep is much worse that the test---------thats good cause I'm just doing it once !!!
