  •  Let me say that I think everyone is entitled to their own opinion--I enjoy hearing what other people think--I might not agree with it and you might not agree with me --but what a sad world if we all thought the same huh?Now let's move on--I hope everyone isn't getting this heat like we are--by about 10 am it's just to hot to get out much. Does everyone have big plans for the fourth of July? We don't really have any plans that I know of-but it will just be nice to have a day off !

  • Yes, it is so hot and really not even July yet-just hope we get some rain!  Guess we will go to our condo to watch all the fireworks displays.  We can see 5 o4 6 places from the pier.

  • Bobby and I generally go out on a nearby hill and watch the sky works from the racetrack and we take a couple of special saddles and ride on the nearest mosquitos, they are huge out there..

  • @mommachatter - mosquitos are sure bad here this year too

  • I'll stay home and hope none of the illegal fireworks land on my roof.

    I certainly agree with having your own opinion, I think we can learn from other viewpoints though. Most people aren't listening as they are forming their rebuttal. It bothers me how divided our country has become. I blame a lot of that on talk radio.

  • I stay home on the Fourth and super water my 1 acre yard. To much can catch on fire from neighbors using illegal fireworks (areial type and those huge ones).  Sometimes, the air is so blue, you can't brreathe.  I like my holidays quiet.  Not a party person.
