  • Thank you all for your kind words. Wendy is right--hospice is the most wonderful group of people I have ever met. The two ladies who came for my Aunt are the same two that I had with Mother. Last thing they do when they leave each day is kiss my Aunt and tell her they love her

I came home for awhile to rest a little and the nurses promised me they would call if anything changed.

Hard to let someone go but sometimes you just have to love them enough to let them.

  • Hospice had to travel quite some distance to get to mom in the personal care home. Their chaplain often came to visit and sing to them. He did mom's service, brought his guitar and we sang familiar hymns.

  • My husbands dad died here at home.  The people from Hospice would come everyday and they were so sweet to the family and to him.  They really helped us through it all.

  • Continued Blessings!

  • They can be like little angels on earth. Take care of yourself. Sorry you and your family is going through this right now :(
